Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification via email once your order has shifted from "Processing" to "Shipped."

Shipping Estimates

We offer reliable, tracked shipping to ensure your Essentials Vault products arrive safely. Current delivery estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–110 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for our warehouse to prepare your order.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. While most packages arrive within this window, external factors such as customs delays or local postal service issues may occasionally extend delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on our [Tracking] page to follow your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your code.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions—keep an eye on our announcement bar for current offers!

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Essentials Vault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Essentials Vault is no longer responsible for the package. If you believe your package was stolen or is missing despite being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Essentials Vault is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
